We haven’t given you any local market statistics for a while now so this week we thought it might be interesting to see how auctions have performed as a method of sale in recent years.
According to RPData there have been 28 properties listed for sale by auction on the Killcare Peninsula in the 2 years ending 20th June 2013. 75% (21) were unsuccessful being cancelled or passed in. 25% (7) were successful having sold before, during or immediately following the auction. Things were a bit better in Macmasters Beach where 52% (19) of the 36 listings sold as a result of the auction campaign.
