2012 Sales by Price Bracket

This week is probably our last look at sales data from 2012 for the time being. It is a breakdown of the 48 home sales that occurred by price bracket (vacant land excluded).

  • Below $400k: 7 (15%)
  • $400-500k: 7 (15%)
  • $500-600k: 9 (19%)
  • $600-700k: 7 (15%)
  • $700-800k: 5 (10%)
  • $800-900k: 4 (8%)
  • $900k-1m: 1 (2%)
  • $1-1.25m: 2 (4%)
  • $1.25-1.5m: 2 (4%)
  • $1.5m+ 4: (8%)

Note that 63% of sales were below $700,000. Interestingly, an equal number of sales occurred above $1.5m as occurred between $1m and $1.5m.
