Following on from last weeks post which compared 2012 property sales to 2011, this week we look at the highest price achieved on the Killcare Peninsula in each of the last 3 calendar years. All sales information has come from our data provider and excludes related party sales where known.
Also of interest is the number of sales that broke the $1.5m barrier over this same period.
Clearly the top end of the market continued to soften in 2012. What will 2013 bring ?
