Lea Turner, the Selling Principal of Ray White Killcare Peninsula, brings a 30 year career background in sales and marketing as well a strong connection to the Central Coast, growing up here in the 1970’s.

After attending Newcastle University where she studied Social Welfare, Lea, a strongly ambitious young woman in her early twenties, went on to start up her own business as part owner and Director of one the most successful sales agencies within the Surfing Industry at the time, working as an agent for the iconic Australian surf brand, ‘Billabong’.

After ten successful years in her own business, Lea moved to Sydney’s North Shore in the year 2000, to secure a position in real estate and soon became an Elite performer with the Ray White group, achieving approximately 12 years of success in the competitive Sydney real estate market. 

Prior to joining Ray White Killcare Peninsula, Lea also gained extensive experience within the marketing side of real estate, having worked at Fairfax Media for Domain.com, the second largest property website in Australia.

Now residing permanently in Killcare, Lea the agency's Director and Licensee, possesses a vast amount of knowledge of the local area and Central Coast region, and has come home to do what she has always had a passion for; marketing and selling real estate.
